Muay Thai
For Teens
The teenage years are exactly when discipline, confidence and a crew that trains together matter most. Start with the 14-day intro for $47.
Built for how teenagers actually learn
No teenager wants to be talked at. In these classes they're coached — two qualified coaches per class, real technique from week one, and progress they can point to at grading.
For teens navigating school pressure, screens and social noise, training is an anchor: a place where effort is visible and earned progress counts.
Why it works for teens
Structure they respect, coaching they actually listen to.
Coached, not babysat
Experienced, qualified coaches lead every session — real attention and real technique.
Structured gradings
A full grading system with ranks that have to be earned — progress teens can point to.
Term-based curriculum
Classes track the school term with a new technical focus each week — never the same session on repeat.
Fitness with a point
Strength, cardio and coordination built through learning a real skill — not laps for the sake of it.
Respect and integrity, trained weekly
Every student is treated with dignity — and expected to show the same respect to coaches and training partners.
Integrity
Doing what's right even when it's hard — coached as deliberately as any kick or punch.
Confidence
Built on skills they've earned, not compliments they've been handed.
Discipline & focus
Goals set, worked at weekly, and achieved at grading — habits that transfer to school.
Belonging
A training crew through the high-school years — the room matters as much as the sport.
Is this right for your teen?
They'll fit right in if…
- › They want to learn a real skill, not just fill an afternoon
- › They can commit to training weekly through the term
- › They're open to being coached and corrected
- › You want discipline built through training, not demanded at home
No hard feelings — it's just not the right fit if:
- × You're after a casual school-holiday activity
- × They expect results without showing up
- × Weekly consistency isn't realistic this term
Where they find themselves
The teenage years are loud. This is one steady place to grow through them — term after term.
A place that isn't school or a screen
They arrive quiet, headphones in. Within weeks, they belong.
Through the can't-be-bothered phase
Every teen hits it. The crew and the next grading keep them turning up.
You start to see the change
Calmer confidence. Goals they set themselves. Earned, not pushed.
Life skills that stay
Discipline and resilience that carry into study, work and adulthood.

For parents
What ages are teens classes for?
Ages 12–15. From there, students move into adult classes and the full levels pathway.
My teen has never trained — is that a problem?
Not at all. Classes cater to all experience levels, and the coaches meet beginners where they are — real attention from day one.
When are the classes?
Current days and times are on the Kids & Teens timetable. Classes run with the school term and break over holidays.
Is it safe? Will they be fighting?
Teens train technique through pads and partner drills — controlled, supervised and matched to level. All coaches are first-aid trained and certified to work with children.
