You will get sent a pre training questionnaire for our trainers to find out your goals for fitness or technique. Our trainers
create a custom made program and experience because we understand everyone is different. Every sessions is different
and each one starts with a general warm up, guided shadow boxing to focus on technique, bag work, pad work, and
sparring drills. Whatever you want to work on.

You will be working with one of our professional and experienced coaches to fast track your progress to learn muay thai, increase fitness, and build your confidence.
The personal training sessions are ideal for the busy individual and someone after a more one on one approach to learning Muay Thai in Melbourne. Sessions will start with a general warm up, technique work with the coach, and pad work. You don't need anything to get started because we'll provide everything you need including gloves.
