SUSPENSION POLICY:

• I understand ALL suspensions require 7 business day notice
• Memberships will automatically reactivate on the finish date provided.
• Minimum suspension period is 7 days.
• Memberships can be suspended for a maximum of 4 weeks per year.
• Suspensions cannot be backdated for unused portions of memberships.
• Any extensions on existing suspensions must be made 3 days before the original suspension finish date to waive the 7 business day notice period. Suspension requests made after the original suspension finish date will require a 7 business day notice period.
• If a member chooses to cancel a membership instead of suspending then they the cancellation policy will apply. Cancellations must provide 14 days notice to cancel.
• Memberships cannot be suspended once a cancellation has been processed.
