These terms apply to purchases made through the ACSA online shop.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Collection only

All orders are for pick-up only, from ACSA reception at 325a Darebin Rd, Thornbury. We do not post orders. Anything you buy can be collected from the gym the day after you place your order. We’ll let you know when it’s ready.

Our products

Our Muay Thai shorts are handmade in Thailand. All items in the shop are limited runs.

Stock and availability

Orders are subject to availability. Each size is sold only while stock lasts — once a size sells out it can no longer be added to cart or ordered. If an item sells out before we can fulfil your order, we’ll cancel that item and refund it in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full at our discretion.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees for goods.
