SUSPENSION POLICY:

• Requires 7 business days' notice.
• All requests must be made through the online form: https://acsamelbourne.com.au/suspensions.
• Requests made by email, phone, or message are not accepted. Suspension start dates will only commence 7 days from when the online form is submitted.
• Minimum suspension: 7 days. Maximum: 8 weeks per calendar year.
• Each suspension must include a start and finish date. Indefinite suspensions are not permitted.
• Memberships automatically resume on the nominated return date.
• Suspensions cannot be made if a member has pending missed payments owing on the account. Missed payments must be cleared before the suspension can be processed.
• If a member wants to extend a suspension whilst currently on suspension then they need to submit an online suspension form 7 business days prior to the original suspension date in order waive the 7 day notice period.
• If a cancellation request is made during suspension, the 14-day cancellation notice begins after the suspension ends.
