  • General warm up, to loosen up muscles, increase range of motion and flexibility.
  • Footwork drills, to develop correct footwork, balance and coordination.
  • Footwork and defensive drill warm ups.
  • Technique partnered drilling. Each week we focus on a different aspect of self defence. You will never get bored!
  • Live sparring and scenarios. Some weeks we will use controlled sparring drills and scenario training to simulate different self defence situations.
