General warm up, to loosen up muscles, increase range of motion and flexibility.
Footwork drills, to develop correct footwork, balance and coordination.

Technique partnered drilling. Each week we focus on a different aspect of self defence. You will never get bored!
Live sparring and scenarios. Some weeks we will use controlled sparring drills and scenario training to simulate different self defence situations.
