The personal training sessions are ideal for the busy individual and someone after a more one on one approach to learning Muay Thai in Melbourne. Sessions will start with a general warm up, technique work with the coach, and pad work. You don’t need anything to get started because we’ll provide everything you need including gloves. Our professional Muay Thai trainers are qualified and experienced to work with people of all different fitness levels and experience.
